I get some interesting results when I export to PDF.

The attached pre-pdf.png file shows what the web part displays.  I then select, 'Export to PDF, and the attached .zip is what gets created.  Rename the file to .PDF to view.  It is not a true .zip file.

Notice the values in the "Body" column are corrupted or something.

I am not seeing the same thing as you are but it 's still adding a <br> tag at the end of all the data.  It appears that the cells in that column are locked or something.  How did you set that column up?

I started with a standard announcement list and added the new column, 'new col'.  I do not recall doing anythign else to the list.  I will create a new fresh one and see how it goes.

I'm going to report this as a bug but do let me know how you set up that column.

I created a new list using the Announcements list template.

I then added two items and made no alterations to the columns, defaults, etc..  I get the same issue with the 'Body' column.

The attached zip file ( a true zip this time <grin> ) contains image of the column settings, image of the AllItems view, image of the Spread view, and the .pdf that gets generated.  Let me know if I can get you anything else to help out.

I will not need anything else.  As I said, I am not seeing what you are but I am seeing a <br> tag being added to the end of the text.  I have written this up and the fix(if it is, in fact, a bug) will be in the next beta we post.

I get the same issue when I exported to Excel - 2007 or Export to Excel 97-2003.

The attached .zip contains the xlsx file.

When choosing 'Export to Spreadsheet', the .iqy file renders fine.

When opening with Access 2007 as a linked table it renders fine.
